Advantage Overview
Today is Tuesday and as I do every Tuesday I focus on recruitment. To do that I would like to share an overview of who we are and what we want to become.
Advantage Realty started it's existence in 2003 as Advantage Realty of Lakeland with one location in Lakeland. I lived and worked in Lakeland for 15 years plus. Our company was small but impactful. Our Realtors had a place in the community and business was good even in the downturn. We thrived and survived by evolving and by taking care of our clients above all.
In 2015 I started my office here in St. Pete Beach and we now have a strong foothold in Pinellas County as well as Polk County.
Now my goal is to now expand our membership in those 2 areas and the surrounding 20 Counties that are contained in our MLS (Mid-Florida Regional MLS).
My design is to form up several small (boutique) groups in those remaining Counties. Their purpose is to create a profitable environment for all our Associates. NO FEES, higher Commissions accompanied by great support. By staying small there will be more leads per Associate. We promote our Associates as well as the brand.
We will be integrating some new concepts into our business plan. Offering a flexible listing program, that gives the seller many more options than in the past. They will be able to select between fixed rate listing arrangements as well as the old % based plans. This is just one of many new things we plan for the future.
We will be looking for 1 Broker Associate in each of the remaining 20 Counties to lead the charge. Senior Sales Associates would be considered as well. Also looking for Sales Associates in both Pinellas and Polk Counties.
